Are shirts legit?
Yes. We use a range of trusted websites and suppliers to ensure all the shirts in the Mystery Boxes are authentic and real. As a shirt collector myself I spend a lot of time checking authenticity for my own collection and our customers are treated with the same contempt.
My shirt has been dispatched but I don't have it yet. When will it arrive?
We are not a delivery company. We use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service when shipping. Once the order has been handed over to Royal Mail you'll receive a tracking number via email. Any questions regarding shipping after the shipping email has been received will have to be directed to the Royal Mail directly.
What is the sizing like?
We recommend sizing up as different brands sizes vary. European sizes tend to be a little tighter than the UK sizes. It is of course entirely up to you which size you'd like, but be wary of this when ordering.
Can I control what I get?
You can't tell us what you want, but you can tell us what you don't want! We'd hate to send you a rival team or a shirt you already have. There's a comments box at checkout where you can let us know any special requirements. You can be specific as you like, we'll do our best!
Are the shirts in the boxes from the current season?
Some are. We put some new shirts in boxes to give our customers a bargain or two. However we can't do this with them all. If there are ANY business claiming to sell this seasons shirt for £35 (or thereabouts) They're almost definitely fake.
Most of our kits are from the last few seasons, however they are unworn and still have the tags attached.
